Raid-0 with OS/Games

I want to raid-0 with two Samsung spinpoint f4's
the drives will be in raid-0 with either 32 or 64k stripes.
the main question i have is
would it be better for me to keep my os on a drive by itself or would it also see an increase in load times from being on the raided drives?
or should i create two partitions in the raid
Partition-1= os /stripe size= small like 4-8k and
partition-2 = games area/ larger stripe size= 64-128k?
what would i benefit best from?
