Best fan configuration in NZXT H2-case

[This seems to be the best sub-forum.]

So, I have a NZXT H2-case with a 120 mm fan at the back, with two 120 mm fans at the front.
The back fan obviously sucks the air out from the case, and apparently the standard for the front fans is that they suck air OUT as well.

Which is better, front fans sucking air OUT or IN?

I also have room for a bottom mounted 120 mm fan, and a top mounted 140 mm fan.
If I were to use these, would the overall cooling be affected, or barely noticeable?
If the cooling would benefit, any recommended 120/140 mm fans?

Thanks!

definitely front pulling in and back pushing out. and i think it would help to have the two other fans. the bottom one pulling in and the top pushing out. i have the same setup except with one on the side and my whole board stays under 30C

Yeah, I'm going to get those fans, it's just a question of which ones.
Also. What do you think of the included fans? Better to change them to other ones?
