File needed message when i install things

Hello,
so whenever i install something in my computer, the message shows up and says:
file needed
the file "ksvtune.ax" is needed on windows xp professional service pack 3 cd.

type where the path is located and press enter

then it lets me type but evrytime i press enter it show up again and i tried a whole bunch of files and it dosent work. i tried to install a printer 2 weeks ago it had the same probelm but it still worked but his time it dint.
uggggggggg its not working
