About 5 months ago. I bought a Noctua C12p at 100 USD. But its quite hot in my area and and the temperature is already 40 degree at stock speed. Is it worth to sell my cooler at around 80 USD + and get the Corsair H60 water cooler at around the same price new?

CPU idle temps are generally 10 to 12 degrees higher than the ambient temp. - if you do not have a problem with temps at load, do nothing; stay with the Noctua.

It might be worthwhile considering re-seating the CPU/heatsink assembly. This will help alleviate the temp situation.
