I5 2500 asrock p67 extreme4 overclock help

Hello,
I have an asrock p67 extreme4 motherboard, an i5 2500k processor with a Corsair H60 cooler. I've got dual Saphire 6950 video cards with 2mb on each card. I'm trying to overclock it. I can get it to overclock to 4.3 GHz and play Battlefield Bad Company 2 for 10 to 14 minutes before it locks up and I have to reboot. Does anyone have any settings suggestions for me to try to get this setup more stable. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

Steps to overclock Sandy Bridge system:
1. Reboot and go into BIOS
2. Change CPU multiplier to 45x
3. Change CPU voltage to 1.3-1.35v
4. Save and exit BIOS

In your case at 4.3GHz, you just likely have to increase the CPU voltage a bit. Try 1.275v or so.
