My processors voltage decreases..

I've overclocked before, and whenever I stress test the CPU, the voltage fluctuates a bit higher. Since then, I've reset the CMOS twice and upgraded my BIOS back to the latest, now whenever I stress test, the Vcore lowers even more. By exemple, in the BIOS, I set my VCore to 1.375. Currently CPU-Z indicates 1.344V, and lowers to like 1.320V when I stress test prim95.

My motherboard is a M4A88TD-V EVO, and a Phenom II X4 965. What would be the cause of this ?

Probably caused by something called "vdroop". That is not a misspelling. Google it.

As jsc said its vdroop very common when stressting the CPU.... most newer boards your board included have LLC to compensate for this voltage drop(vdroop)
