New media center build $300- $400

i don't know when i will be buying the parts for this build $$ is tight i would like the build to be about $300 - $400

the build will be used for internet use and mainly using programs like win amp or itunes to play music on speakers set up throughout the house

i don't need a key board, mouse, monitor, OS, or speakers

newegg.com and amazon are easiest for me to order parts from

i would like the build to be based on an AMD dual core cpu and it would be nice to use integrated graphics (HDMI is a nesesity)

there will be no overclocking needed and no dual video cards or anything of the like

for a monitor i will be useing 32" tv but good Graphics are not a need for this build

i would like it to be on the quite side but SUPER QUITE is not a need and is last on my list

and i did some research and people are saying the 500W PSU that comes with it is nice and will work.. so idk if i need a new psu or not but they say unlike normal PSUs bundled with cases that this one is reliable???

i do have a Gigabyte ATI 4350 512MB PGU sitting around so that could be used for the video if integrated video isnt an option.

A big hard drive to hold LOTS of music is needed and a dvd burner would be nice but is not needed.. but a dvd drive is needed but to keep cost low it does not have to be a burner

the smaller the case the better ( i dont need to use the case i linked)

the OS i will be useing will be Ubuntu or linux mint. (64bit for sure) so the build must be linux friendly

yes the 4350 has HDMI and the smaller the case the better becuase it will be in the family room/ living room and will be sitting behind a TV in the corner of the room.. a full ATX tower would easily fit but would look kind of stupid. the smaller the better so an HTPC would be nice but not needed

thanks man.. ill probly trim it down and get 2GB or RAM (i have yet to see Ubuntu use more than 750MB) but ill still have RAM slots for the future if needed.
