The Corsair 400CX power supply with 30 amps on the 12 volt rail can easily power the system. The ATI HD 4550 video card is not a power hungry card so you should not have any problems.
So far I have the Hd, I was going to order that PS tomorrow if it will do,
other then that Im open for suggestions,
The main game that will be played on it for now is Left 4 Dead and left for dead2 in November
The gpu was just a guess, I have always owned Nvidia gpu's. My gaming rig has 2x evga gtx285 w/ I7-920 oc'd, but this rig needs to be low budget. I heard you can get a ok gaming gpu for less with ATI the nvidia, I dont know tho
well the 4550 aint really a gaming card the 4670 is a just under a 9600gt you can have a look here to get up to speed on ati cards http://www.tomshardware.com/review [...] 404-7.html it doesn have the ati 5xxx on but dont think you would need it on a budget
I know the 8800 series got confusing because there are actually 2 different gens of the 8800 series, This is the first gen after mine the came out with like the 320 meg and 640 meg ver.
