I cannot delete the video its showing access denied the disk space not full

Make sure it's not in use by anything, right-click on the file, go to Properties, the Security tab. Make sure your user account has Full control, if not, click the checkbox to add that. Try again.

If that does not work, restart the PC in Safe Mode, and try to delete it from there. Safe Mode should make sure that no processes are using the file.
