Welcome to another update at Livin-It-Up!

Be it Dad, Grandpa, or another paternal influence in our lives, I'm sure
we've all got a special guy deserving a little thanks. Let me begin by
wishing all the dads out there a very happy Father's Day.

To the meat of the update, again all Sims2 items for this update...

In the skins section, KelinRose, Asif, and Slim produced some great new
clothing for your Sims. Stylish denim and leather for the ladies, some,
we'll just say it's often referred to as "Slimwear", and not JUST because
the creator is Slim. Some great T's for the guys and sleeveless tops for the
gals. Hot evening wear for the young ladies, cute toddler outfits, kidwear,
and even a few for the geriatric generation. Even a pair of camouflage hats
available in the bodyshop section. A ton of great new Sims2 clothing for
sure.

We've got three nice new Sims2 sets this time. The first two, matching
bedroom and nursery sets. The "Scottie" sets are a gorgeous red plaid with
cream and white accents featuring the cutest little Scottish Terrier decor.
From Ohmikeghod, another window and door set, this time in a rich, medium
wood tone complete with matching wall texture. Sadly, Mike has announced his
retirement with this set. Not from the site or the community so much as just
creatively. It's not to say he couldn't some day change his mind, others
have, and we'll certainly leave the door open for him. Mike's given the Sim
community some great creations over the years and been a valued creator to
many. I'm sure we're not alone when saying we'll miss your creative
contribution Mike and do hope you'll some day return.

We wrap it up with four great new Sims2 homes by Similis. Cozy little homes,
1-2 bedroom. She offers her "Cozy Bungalow", "Cozy Starter Home", "Cozy
Retirement Home", and "Deluxe Home" for this update.
