WHICH CONFG. TO BUY?????

After planning and considering my budget i have come up with two configurations:

AMD

1.msi 790fx gd70
2. phenom II x4 965

INTEL

1.biostar tpower x58
2.i7 920


sli , crossfire not a issue as i ama planning to put two HD 5770 in crossfire. Also i don't want to go for P55.


I have teh following queries:

1. is the performance difference between i7 920 and phen ii x4 965 matter that much in gaming or any other applications??

2. Which config provides better value for money and is future proof for say about 1 1/2 to 2 years???????
