Hello, my system develop this fault recently, i discovered that when save a document, after i restart my system every thing i save is not there. i troubleshoot my Hard drive, it wasn't the problem, even with flash unless I eject the flash before shutting down mount . what should i do.

Are you saving the files to the hard drive or the USB drive? Windows caches writes so if you are writing to the USB drive, use the "safely remove device" to force windows to write the cache out to the USB drive.
