@Antonin, It is a good setup...but the intel CPU dont take advantage of DDR3 speeds...So instead go with a good DDR2 mobo like the Gigabyte P45 and DDR2 RAM...

And as for the Powersupply, get high quality ones like the Corsair, Antec EA, Seasonic, Silverstone, PCP&S...
 
Hey if the P5QC supports even DDR2 RAM, then stick wiht it and buy DDR2 instead of DDR3 RAM,...
