I hooked up my lcd to my laptop which has a cracked screen, and used it to get some things off for my work. When I try to hook it back up to my desktop pc, it won't come out of "POWER SAVING MODE" no matter what I try. ANY ADVICE?????

when you say LCD doe you mean a TV or a monitor ? LCD TV's (older ones) run at a much lower resolution - which may be fine for your laptop but not you PC.

Does you LCD have an "auto" button ? for automatically choosing the best video settings ?
