Damage pins on an Asus P6T Deluxe V2

I've got some damaged pins on an Asus P6T Deluxe V2 - anyone know whether they can be repaired - bent. Mobo is less than a month old, but swapping CPUs many times bent a few - does Asus repair this under warranty? Can it even be repaired?

No. Asus will blame you for the damage. I would take a small pocket knife and straighten them only if needed. Slightly bent but cpu still works is ok.

A mechanical pencil will work good to straighten bent pins. gives a little bit better control straightening them out.

Thanks to Crowheart27us and o1die for the quick response. Will try to straighten as I can and see if that works. Ordered a new one just in case.
