Hi people....my PC is:

1- Board K9A2 Platinum
2- AMD Phenom II X4 955
3- MSI N260GTX 896MB O.C.
4- Crucial Ballistix Tracer 6GB 800MHz 4-4-4-12
5- HDD 2x500GB ITACHI
6- dual boot vista ultimte x64 and win 7 x64

is good? or some recommendation for update

Well, you have a SD600 southbridge, but other than that a very solid motherboard. You would have been better off buying a Phenom II 940, probably, since you are using DDR2, but water under the bridge. You have a quadfire motherboard, but an nVidia graphics card, you kinda crippled you're GPU upgrade path. Go HD5XXX on your next video card upgrade. Other than that, very solid system.
