price doesnt really matter but concerned about ease of installing this is my first build..noise..and will it fit

so was eying the cm hyper 212 plus and the noctura nh-d14

i think the nh-d14 is better but heres my questions about it

will it fit with these components

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

was originally going with these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... but saw on the site its not compatible

and whats the best thermal compound to use with this and method to apply for both i know they should be done differently since on the cm the pipes are on the bottom

The Hyper 212 is an excellent choice. I wouldn't recommend the crazy multi-fan setups like the D14 or the Silver Arrow for first-timers. The thing I'd look at if you want ease of use is a one-piece fan like the ones Zalman, Cooler Master, and Thermaltake make. Check some of these out:

Zalman CNPS9900:

Thermaltake Frio:

Cooler Master V8:
