Let's see how this goes... Which CPU do you thing will do better by the late months of 2003? This is just to measure how excited people still are about Athlon 64 or Prescott...
Hm... what do you mean by that, flamethrower?... I'm not very good in understanding things like "pwnz j00"... ...
So far, some interesting results: 3 votes for A64 will instantly destroy prescott and 2 vote for prescott will obliterate A64. At least two people will be disappointed there...
You see folks, normally this should be ownz, not pwnz. Pwnz brings up an entirely new meaning. I would have to assume it is short for 'pawns' as in either to sell at pawn shop, to pawn off to someone else, or to make you a pawn of.
Personally, I vote for the latter. Anyone who buys into AMD's x86-64 hype now is highly likely to be a mere pawn and parrot of AMD's marketing. Most of us simply have no need for 64-bit processing.

The first application of the word that isnt even a word "pwned" came out of Quake 3 Arena and gained popularity there after in the rest of the gaming world, much like the word llama, its just a variation on a word, its slang, who thought it up? who cares, its stupid but its fun!

I think "pwned" comes from lame leet speakers spelling "owned" wrong in the middle of a "glorious battle," so the mispelled form took favor just to add a little more flavor to it for those boner biters.

Doesn't matter. . . even an UltraSPARC II owns both of them.

Thanks, Eden, for being so nice to me and explaining what ROLF is without any laughter...
Err hope that my smiley did indicate I was kidding and not really laughing! This sounds like you were more offended than thanking me...
