So i am running Win 7 on at 300 gig raptor HD, on a asus p6t v2 motherboard

My question is how do i clone all my data to the new ssd ( i dont wanna do a fresh install of everything) but i want everything working correcly and tuned for the new ssd.

Let me know the basic steps involved for this so i get an idea of what to do .

thanks !!!
