Hello i tried my first overclock yesterday by raising fsb to 300 and leaving DRAM frequency on auto. After i logged in i looked at cpuz and it said ram was 1:1 ratio (as it should be?), i then ran prime95 and it gives an error after roughly 1min saying HARDWARE FAILURE shortly after the screen will go all fuzzy for a second and it will reboot. So i set defaults, logged back in and Whocrashed says ati driver caused crash. Anyone can help?

i just tried fsb at 333 woulnt even show post screen so i reset cmos and now multiplier is at 6, does this mean my cpu is now broken?

Have you increased the CPU voltage accordingly with the overclock? Stock voltage with higher clock speed will result in instability in many cases, specially if the VCore doesn't increase automatically.
