ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard

ASUS P6X58D Premium LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB
3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

will the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional 70SB088600002 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Express x1 Interface Sound Card cause me problems with either of these 2 motherboards??

Make sure that the motherboard isn't going to drop the speed for the PCI lanes with the addition of that soundcard. In general these days, on-board sound is fine for all but the most discerning listeners.

this is what im concerned about

^^ I've never seen an occurance of that happening. Now, I've seen Creative cards use up more then the total amount of PCI bandwith by themselves...

As a general rule: If you have anything in a PCI lane, don't go with a Creative product. Too much likelyhood for the dreaded Snap, Crackle, Pop...
