Windows will not start up

Hello,
xp ask for password then says that the I need to activate it with microsoft. it goes to an activation screen with nothing on it and stays there. this all happened when i did a pc clean up from uniblue.

Try to boot in Safe Mode.. After the BIOS post and screen goes black momentarily, press the F8 key and hold... and from the options Select Safe Mode and hit Enter, if you can logon select the option to do a System Restore.

If you can't logon in Safe Mode, you will need to reinstall the system or use the Hiren's Boot CD which you can download in ISO format to burn on a CD. Boot from the CD and from the tools menu select Registry \ Registry Restore Wizard.. and select "Fix the System registry to that of a previous date", press Next and select a date previous to using the Uniblue application
