nice build

suggestions
: look for RAM with lower 7-7-7-20 timings . Faster
and some kits were only about $65 for 2 x 2 gig

the price of some 4850 1 gig is very close to a 4870 . The 4870 might only have 512 mb of ram but the performance is higher

I haven't built an AMD machine in a long time so I can't comment on that. But I did order the same WDC Black 640GB and Antec 300 earlier this morning. <- Seems like good stuff.

Oh yeah are you going to add a dvd burner or an aftermarket cooler on that build?

As said I have already purchased the 4850 so I won't be upgrading yet. Thanks for your suggestions though.

I will after I am familiar with the new system, and also once I have researched overclocking and what the best cooler is for the Phenom II series.

Second the Antec 300 and WD 640GB Black - nice items.
