Recently i installed the wrong driver, and i had to repair windows, but when its installing windows, my usb drives will stop working so i cant click on anything or type anything. Also (im not sure if this is related but it started happening the same day) when i shutdown my computer, the fans lights flicker, and the power supply fan twitches.

Did you try to roll back the driver installation? The windows 'repair' might have skipped replacing a 'newer' driver.
