Choosing A Board

I am in the process of building a new gaming PC and was wondering if someone could recommend a board for me based on my needs. I do not plan on doing any Overclocking.

SLI and Crossfire
USB 3.0
Sata 6.0
64 bit
PCI express 2.0 - at least 2 slots

Some parts I am currently looking at buying

i5 - 750
Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 1gb
Wester Digital VelociRaptor 150gb - not really sure if I should go with a smaller SSD

I was looking to buying a ASUS P&P55d- Pro, but I feel that might be a little overkill for what I need. My proce range for a motherboard is $100 - $200.

Only a few p55 boards have usb 3.0. More will be out soon, including some micro atx which might be cheaper. The p57 boards with onboard video should also have usb 3.0, and might be cheaper.
