im building up my new computer and i want to make a raid 0 with 2 500gb drives at low cost so i have these 2 options in my country

2x ST3500413AS Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500gb Sata III 16mb Cache - RAID 0

2x WD5000AAKX Western Digital Caviar Blue 500gb Sata III 16mb Cache - RAID 0

plz forget about any other options and just talk about these cause i cant do any kind of shippment

so, wich option would be better? faster sequential read? and more important, wich will have faster access times?

Hi and welcome to Tom's forum.

Go with the Seagate drives, those are very good and performs similar to spinpoint F3.
