Failed Raid 0 enclosure

Hi everyone,

I have a dual hard drive NAS with Raid 0 setup and the power source on the device failed. If I buy another NAS or external HDD enclosure (different manufacturer, since the device was discontinued) would i be able to just plug in the hard drives and salvage the data on those drives if the external enclosure supports Raid 0?

It's rather unlikely because it will probably use a different raid controller.

Can't you just pick up another power source for your current NAS?

I have a different opinion - but I do agree with buying a replacement power supply as a first course of action.

I have moved RAID0 setups between devices with success
