How to check the working of GPU?

i have installed a GPU in my system and i executed a program how to check whether the program is running in GPU or not?

I suspect you want to see the % of your GPU utilization (GPU load) ?

You could try this application http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/

It's an overclocking app, but you can see a graph and the % of your GPU load and other stuff. You'll be able to tell easily if your "program" is using the CPU or the GPU with the graphs.
