I'm using HWMonitor/Speccy to monitor my temps

problem i had is when i boot up and check bios it says:
Current System temperature: 27oc
Current CPU temperature: 37oc

however in then two programs mentioned it says 20-22.

New to overclocking, so kinda worrying as i don't wanna fry the chip! does anyone recommend maybe a better monitoring program, Everest maybe?

so anyway, which temperature is likely to be right :S?

Mobo: GA-MA770-UD3

thanks in advance

Do not worry; you're fine up to 65c. I've had some cpus get over 80c without permanent damage. What you don't want to do is constantly fiddle with your cpu or heatsink. Leave it alone. Everytime you remove it, you risk electrical damage to the cpu or motherboard.
