Worth OC HD6950 for 1080P?

Just completed my first build

Thanks almost entirely to this forum!

I OC my 2500k to 4.6ghz and was looking to OC my HD6950 2gb sapphire dirt edition. I am using my 1080P tv as a monitor, are the gains at that resolution worth OC? If so can someone explain or link to how I would start? Thanks!
