How do I tell if my computer accepts ECC REG Memory

Does anyone know how I can tell if my computer will accept ECC REG memory?

I am attempting to upgrade a Dell Dimension 3000 that takes pc3200 400DDR SDRAM memory.

I have been looking at a PC3200 DDR400 CL2.5 ECC REG SDRAM memory stick but am not sure if it will work in my machine.
