Ati catalyst issues

i have instlled the ati calyst but i can't find the ati control center it just disappear, i tried everything but in vain so what's the problem help please

Go to Control Panel->Display->Advanced and you will see a tab for the Control Center.

1.) Go to this folder: "C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE"
2.) Launch Wizard.exe
3.) Choose "Open the ATI Catalyst Control Center" and press Next.
4.) Make sure Launch the CCC is checked, and then click Finish.

the file is empty (vide il y a rien) and if i go tho display there is no tab for control center , anything else dude
