While using the ASUS P6T V2 Deluxe mobo, i7 920 2.66 quad, ocz 6GB 1600MHz RAM, and a Corsair 650TX 650W PSU, which heatsink is the best for taking the i7 920 to about 3.7 or 3.8GHz. Here are my current choices; i'm open to other options as well.

Xiggy The Dark Knight
Noctua NH-U12P
Thermalright 120-Ultra Extreme

It is in my budget to go up to $100 for a heatsink, however if i don't have to spend that much i'd like it. I don't really plan on going higher than 4GHz so keep that in mind, the Noctua is 74.99 and the The Dark Knight is 39.99, just trying to justify spending more (wanting price/performance).

Thanks guys.

Will any of the 3 CPU HSF Coolers fit in your case when the side panel is on/closed. You have to also take that into account.

I am running the Thermalright on my P6T Deluxe w/OC Palm and it does a decent job.. The Xigmatek Dark Knight is also a good CPU Cooler from what I hear. But there is one that you left off your list, that in one of the latest reviews on 1366 HSF Coolers it ranked in the top 5, the Scythe MUGEN-2. Below is link for it @ NewEgg, along with the pricing.
