What's the best graphic card for my pc

I have a hp renew pc quad9450 2,6Ghz 4Gb RAM 1xslot pci x16 but only 300 W and a NVIDIA 9500 GS.
Whats the best graphic card i can upgrade with 300w?
In the other hand, whats the best graphic card for this quad if I upgrade too the power to 500w?

for your current PSU it would be an Nvidia 9800GT EE

if you upgrade the PSU it would depend on the resolution you play at and the specific PSU

you would be looking at the ATI 4850/4870 or Nvidia GTS250 / GTX 260

The 4670 is a great low power solution as well. Personally I've used quite a few of them in low power builds for basic gaming that various customers have requested.
