Rampage II extreme or evga x58 3-sli classified?

Hi, I have 500 dlls budget to purchase a MoBo and i was wondering which of this two are the best choice in performance, because i don´t know much about mobo, but i see the asus have audio card, is this audio better than the evga integrated audio?, and the asus support more OC on memory? because in the evga web page dont say anything about memory OC.

I would go with the Asus board. I have had good luck with them and they overclock like a madman... I don't like being tied to sli. So with the asus you can crossfire or sli.
