Cmd prompt not opening

Hello,
my cmd prompt is not opening, it just blinking for 2, 3 seconds and closed, when i gave run-cmd command. this is the problem i,m facing, what i should do?

When the run box appears, first, type cmd.
Then enter your commands in the next box.

yes, i typed like that only but it is not working, still it is just blinking for 2, 3 seconds and closed

try it in safe mode. If that works, you have system file corruption, probably, and if you have windows cd, you can run sfc /scannow or do a repair install booting from the cd.
