So I am currently using a GIGABYTE GA-M61SME-S2 motherboard and I want to upgrade to Mushkin 1gb Ddr2 Pc2-6400 Ram. Will these ram sticks fit?

For questions like this you can always get a good answer from the vendor. Why not send mushkin a note?

BTW I've never had issues with Mushkin ram.

Short answer - yes; although mushkin does not specifically appear on the factory's memory support list:
that's because the list is populated one time, when the MOBO is released, with modules that are provided as samples by memory manufacturers (or are commonly available in Taiwan), and never updated thereafter... GBs have a history of working very well with mushkin memory!
