Whenever I move a window back and forth between my monitors, the window becomes corrupt. This problem started happening after updating to the newest Catalyst drivers to solve an Adobe Acrobat problem (when creating a new .pdf file the system would crash and then restart). If you drag the window below the bottom of the screen and move it back, it will look mostly ok. If you can minimize the window either by clicking on where you think the minimize button is or by hitting win+d and then maximizing it, the window looks fine.

I have googled the heck out of it and can't find anything useful, can anyone help? System Information Below:
