I'm looking for a way that I could take something with composite output (both video and audio if possible) and stream it to my laptop to play off of its screen. The reason I ask is because sometimes I have to be on the go and there isn't always a TV (or a good one at least) that has composite inputs (or any at all) for my gaming consoles or something and I hate to be anywhere without something to play besides my PC games. I don't need to record the input but if there's a way to do that also, that'd be great.

If you want to use your laptop display instead of a TV, you will need to procure a TV tuner.
