Hey thanks all for your time. I am having an issue with media that is streamed over the internet. The video is fine, and the audio is fine except for the missing bass line. The problem is consistent across YouTube, Facebook, Google Video, RaimaRadio (streaming TechnoBase) and the like. I have not changed any settings recently.

Hardware:
AMD X2 6000+
ASUS M2N SLI-Deluxe-- Using the onboard sound, which is SoundMAX based.
VisionTek Radeon 4850
6 GB ram, Corsair and Dominators
3 HD's, a 160GB WD, a 640GB WD Black, and a 120GB Hitachi laptop drive.
My speaker setup is 5.1 surround, combining 2 sets. One set is the 5 speakers, and the other provides just the subwoofer.
Windows XP Pro, x64 SP2

When I play regular music from on my computer, there is plenty of bass, which is how its always been. However, it has recently changed (last 4 days) that there is absolutely NO bass from any streamed media. Ive searched here and also on google, most problems are based off of Vista and RealTEK. I hope you guys can help, thanks.

ok guys, took me awhile, but it turns out that it was a driver issue. Strange since Ive never messed with any drivers in ~3 months. Another reason not to buy SoundMAX......
