Cloned boot hard drive only shows 37 gig on a 300gig disk

I cloned my old 37 gig hard c drive to a new 300gig hard drive using Acronis Migrate Easy. Worked great - everything including systems cloned. The new C drive boots up no problem. The problem is that the drive only showes the 37 gig drive with nothing else on the 300gig drive so I can't seem to be able to "increase" the size of my c drive. Any suggestions? Thanks. Norman

You need to partition the Disk before adding the CLONE -- IF you place a clone image onto a larger partition it will just use the space it needs and the rest of the space will be unuseable so at this point you will need to reformat the HDD - partition it so that you have say a 40GB partition and a 250-260GB partition then copy the Cloned drive onto the 40GB. partition leaving the other partition available for use.
