WoW is a very easy game to max out. It is not demanding at all on newer set ups.

A 8800GT could likely do it as well as a gts 250 or a radeon 4770.

That one would do better. Has a better cooler and more memory.

Is it compatable with my computer??

just make sure you have enough room in your case for it, it's a bit of a over sized card with a 2 slot cooler. You should also have a good psu about a 450-500 watt power supply. You might get away with a bit lower but I wouldn't push it.

Do you think you could look into my spec and look that would be great help please. i don't know anything about computers as much as you haha

yeah I had and it doesn't say much of the case and nothing on the power supply. It should likely fit though.

Thank you. I think i'm going to get that. What do you think?

I have a 4850 and it will play most games at max settings

there remains absolutely no point in getting a 4770 when you could get a 4850, unless you are keenly in to overclocking.

You can just use the auto tune on the 4770 and get a good overclock that is close to 4850 level. If you actually know what your downing it can be one hell of a card. Also saves you a bit of power which is nice for people with a crappy OEM psu. Also runs cooler.

unless you have a PSU that can not support the 4850, otherwise you are correct

FYI, WoW runs better on Nvidia cards.

it may run better if your on the low end cards but once you hit the 4770 or 48XX there really isn't much of a difference other then the card not having to work as hard. Both will still perform well over anything you need to max it out and play smooth.

and with this person having a HP computer it's better safe to guess the psu can't hand to much.
