The Disk is write-protected. Remove the write-protection

whenever i insert my memory card inside my laptop it rarley shows and runs. and wen runs too, i m not able to copy or delete data from there.it always shows "the disc is right protected."
can u plz suggest me wat sud i do??............

Possibly a setting on the computer/device you copied the files from. Save all your data off it, Format it on the labtop. and try loading files off your labtop, remove it, and see if it still works after.

If files from a different computer cause it to not work, id assume it has to do with the security settings for the files from that computer

Be sure to check that you have the switch on the card in the correct position.
Try reinstalling the memory card reader driver on your system.
