Looks pretty good to me,i agree with hunter about the RAM go for the OCZ one which has lower timings

The case is now a Antec 1200

Ram: OCZ Plat 1600

Definitely go with the Platinum Series (if you can spend the few extra dollars)... lower latencies.

I can spend around 150$ any other options you would suggest?

I would go with the first kit since it's considerably cheaper and has almost identical specs. The Corsair kit just has SLIGHTLY faster timings (7-7-7-24 vs 7-7-7-20  ).
