Before i ask for help, i'll lay down the specifics.

Case: NZXT Phantom (Maximum Case Fans @ Max Speed)
PSU: Thermaltake RX 2 850W
SSD: ADATA 64GB 280mbs read| 270mbs write
Motherboard: EVGA X58 SLI3
CPU: Intel i7 950 Rev. D0
RAM: 2x2GB ADATA DDR3 2000X & 2x4GB G.Skill Ripjaw 2133X
CPU FAN: Thermalright Silver Arrow @ 1300RPM
GPU: MSI 6970 2GB

STOCK SPEED

CPU Stock speed Idle @ 35-40C | CPU Stock speed Load @ 52-56C

RAM Timings set @ 9-9-9-24 trFC = 88 | Command Rate = 1T under 1600Mhz (Correct me if this is wrong)

STOCK VOLTS

Stock BIOS
---
with VDroop
Vcore - 1.20625 v (1.176v on CPU-Z)
IOH/ICH IO Voltage - 1.5 v
ICH VCore - 1.1v
QPI PLL Vcore - 1.1V
CPU PLL Vcore - 1.8V
IOH VCore - 1.1v
CPU VTT Voltage - 1.3 V (default has +200mV)
DRAM Voltage - 1.6V

I try like 20 other settings people have posted that got them into 4.0-4.5Ghz, but they don't work for me. Must be something I'm doing wrong.

During Overclock i turn off Intel Speed Step & Executable Bit.

Overclock BIOS

Bios

without VDroop
Vcore - 1.20625 - 1.4v
IOH/ICH IO Voltage - 1.5 - 1.6v
ICH VCore - 1.1 - 1.3v
QPI PLL Vcore - 1.1 - 1.45v
CPU PLL Vcore - 1.8V
IOH VCore - 1.1 - 1.2v
CPU VTT Voltage - 1.3 - 1.45v
DRAM Voltage - 1.6V - 1.7v

the I've tired those volts and mixed around with them but they don't seem to get me stable enough on Prime95. Crashes usually in 5-10 minutes till 1 hr.

yeah, they are very different RAM's.

the G.Skill Ripjaws operates 2133mhz @ 11-11-11-30 with 1.5v on its specifics.

where as, the ADATA operates 2000Mhz @ 9-9-9-24 with 1.65v-1.8v on its specifics.

Though i ran Prime for 8 hours, and there were no related Errors/Blue Screens with the setting 7-9-7-24 tRFC 88 1T with 1.6v going to the RAM.

Both RAM are set to 1600mhz.

Maybe my instability is elsewhere. I also ran the ram with memtest95+ 4.20
