New System Build, need help to pick out a motherboard.

I need an X58 chipset, and I currently have a GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD3R picked out but I would like to get the communities opinons on motherboards before I make the jump.

I definitely want triple channel memory, and I plan on overclocking the i7-920 as far as I can reasonably get it. And I plan on overclocking the memory a little too.

I doubt I'll ever use even 16 gigs so I don't think it would be worth it to me. I appreciate the suggestion though.
