I have an HP Pavilio DV7-1262

it has Altec lansing Premium sound
an IDT control panel for sound


when i play rock music from any site it has a very staticy sound during the drums and high noises

is there any way to fix this?

well, it may just be the coding that the site has used. examples of these sites and files will help figure out if it is your computer or the source.

but more than likely, it is your speakers themselves. they may be getting old or may have become slightly shot.

ok but if i open a room correction prog it gets to be really good sound
