Which Motherboard is better? //W CPU?

^ IMO both are very overpriced at Tigerdirect...check those at newegg...and the ASUS P7P55 WS is better as it offers full x16x16 for graphics...and also if you want USB 3.0 and SATA 6GB/s support, you can always use an add-on card later...

And if you will be going SLI/ Crossfire with very powerful cards - HD 5870 and above, then only go with the above board...else even this board will do...

And as for the CPU,
i7 860 - If you will be using the PC for video editng and stuff along with gaming
or
i5 750 if the PC will only be used for gaming mainly...so with the money saved, invest in a better graphics card...
