Custom Built Nettop Computer?

Hi I'm looking to build a good nettop for when Windows 7 comes out and I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what I should use. So far I've looked on Newegg and thought about the parts which I will list below. I've never build a custom PC before but I'm pretty good at tech stuff ^_^
