Hey there... after reading the forums for a week and taking everyone's advise, I went ahead and ordered all of my parts for Phase 1 of my gaming PC build. Phase 2 will consist of a CPU cooler (w/ CPU OC'ing), another 4 gigs of RAM, and another graphics card to run Crossfire. Phase 1 of the build cost me $1000 Phase 2 I will do in a month's time or so. Anyhow, components for build are as follows:
Case: COOLER MASTER Storm Scout
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb
HDD: Western Digital VelociRaptor WD1500HLFS 150GB
OS: Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit for System Builders w/ Tech Guarantee - OEM
So far so good... I am very pleased with the performance! My old rig was a Dell Inspiron P4 3.0GHz that I upgraded with a 8800GTS G92, 3 Gig Ram, and a 600W PSU.
Anyhow, I can not get the side case to line up flush because the SATA cable is sticking out (the one hooked up to the HDD). Any suggestions? Also... my power button on the case is not working; I double checked the connection to the Mobo. Any ideas?
As for the case side panel you need to use a 90 degree to 180 degree sata cable with the 90 degree part connecting to your Hard drive. Your motherboard should of provided you with some but if it didn't here is a link.

Looks really nice. This makes me really excited to finish my build which is very similar to yours, but I'm using the Crosshair Formula III, some G. Skill 1333 Mhz CAS 7, and an XFX HD 4890 XXX Edition, and a WD Caviar Black 750 Gb.

Cool... thanks! The correct part that I needed is shipping The MB came with the SATA data 90-degree cable, but not the SATA power.
